Refund Policy

How refunds work for PromptVar credit purchases and digital services.

All PromptVar purchases are digital. Credits and access are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

1. Digital Product Nature

PromptVar sells digital credits and software access. No physical goods are shipped. By purchasing, you acknowledge immediate delivery of digital services.

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate charges, technical failures that block access, or accidental purchases reported promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for used credits, completed AI generations, or dissatisfaction after substantial use, except where required by applicable consumer law.

4. How To Request a Refund

Email billing@promptvar.com with your invoice number, order reference, and reason for the request. We reply with a decision and next steps after review.

5. Processor and Legal Rights

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. This policy does not limit mandatory rights available under your local consumer protection laws.
